About Us

If you want to prevent or recover from a sports-related injury, learn how to safely push the bounds of your own limitations or hone your performance for demanding physical activities, we can help. We are the only comprehensive sports medicine program in western North Carolina providing medical care to athletes. We offer several techniques and solutions to effectively prevent, evaluate, treat and rehabilitate athletes of any age and skill level. Our focus remains steadfast on quality medical care to facilitate the quickest, safest and most appropriate return to play.

 

High School Athletic Physicals

Beginning May 11, Mission Sports Medicine will be providing athletic physicals for student athletes at select western North Carolina high schools. Below are links to the forms students will need to bring with them. The consent form will need to be completed prior to their arrival, and athletes will need to have the Physical Form in hand, to be completed by the provider during their visit.

Athletic Training Services

Mission Sports Medicine works across western North Carolina and provides services to local middle schools, high schools, colleges and sports organizations. Our services include on-site medical coverage at events for injury evaluation, injury treatment/management, injury prevention and sports performance. We also provide educational outreach throughout the region to share best practices and emerging care for athletes.
