My Healthy Life: diabetes management

Diabetes education and support can mean the difference between a healthy life and one cut short or diminished by the many serious problems faced by people with diabetes. Mission Hospital’s Diabetes Management program helps you by providing the educational foundation and tools you need to take charge of the condition.

Since 1994, our program has received the certificate of recognition from the American Diabetes Association (ADA) for meeting the national standards of diabetes self-management education. This means exceptional support for you and other members of our community who struggle with diabetes.
