Psychiatric Services

Copestone, a service of Mission Hospital, provides a pathway towards mental health. Established over 25 years ago, we are the only inpatient psychiatric unit in Buncombe County.

We provide short-term inpatient care for those who need crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient services. We provide services to adults, adolescents and children.
