By providing stress management programs designed by our experienced doctors, we can help when life’s challenges start to take over. By participating in our program, you can enjoy the lifelong benefits of stress management by using the skills you learn from our skilled counselors.

An effective 8-week class series, our center’s Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness Practice program includes guided meditation and movement, as well as class discussions about how to reduce stress.

These classes can help with:

  • Chronic illness and pain
