Disease Management For Your Employees
Our skilled medical team can help your employees manage their conditions such as diabetes, asthma, depression, COPD and high blood pressure or cholesterol. We provide them with the support they need to live and work more productively by facilitating ongoing education about their condition. Originally established as The Asheville Project, this Mission Hospital program was designed to help city employees with diabetes reduce their healthcare costs and improve their quality of life.
