Originating in China more than 2,000 years ago, Tai Chi is a moving meditation. It challenges practitioners to move slowly, gently, and with greater self awareness, while breathing deeply. Studies have shown regular practice may help to improve balance, prevent falls, strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, relieve arthritis pain, improve circulation, increase bone density, and nurture an energized yet relaxed state of mind.
Morning Classes are Monday through Friday

Evening Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays
Monday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
