Whether you are here for an outpatient procedure or if you will be staying with us for a longer time, we encourage you to let us know any questions or concerns you might have so that your time with us will be as comfortable as possible. We understand that hospitalization is never an entirely pleasant experience, and know we will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.

During or after your stay with us, you may be asked about your overall care experience. We hope you will respond honestly. Hearing from patients like you helps us best understand where we are doing a good job and where we can find ways to improve our service. One-Call Scheduling

Mission Health's One-Call Scheduling is your one stop shop for scheduling appointments, surgeries or registering for classes at Mission Hospital. This also includes scheduling services received at McDowell Hospital.

Attendants are available to receive your call Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
