Vendor Compliance

The Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) of 2005 which became effective January 1, 2007, requires us to disseminate our policies and procedures to all our employees, contractors and agents regarding the Federal and State False Claims Acts since we receive $5 million in Medicaid reimbursement. As such, we must also provide information about the associated remedies for making false claims and statements, whistleblower protection under these laws; and, information regarding our corporate compliance program with respect to preventing and detecting fraud, waste and abuse in Federal health care programs.
