Food and Nutrition Services
Food and Nutrition Services is committed to providing high quality and cost-effective meals to our patients, staff customers, and visitors with diverse food preferences. In addition to food services, we provide nutrition assessments and develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team to foster efficacious, safe, and cost-effective allocation of clinical nutrition resources to promote optimal therapeutic outcomes. Services are provided for neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Scope of Services
Services provided include provision and delivery of three scheduled meals per day and after hour boxed-lunches as needed for patients; two meals per day served in the cafeteria for staff customers and visitors; and clinical nutrition assessments and education for in- and out-patients.
Meals and beverages provided in Coffee/Gift Shop Monday- Friday.
Catering as approved by Facility Leadership.
Hours of Operation
Coffee Shop: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-7:00pm
Cafeteria: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-9:30am (breakfast) and 11:30am-1:30pm (lunch)
Patient Services 7 days a week
